What We Do

If you are planning alterations, extensions, refurbishment, or reconfiguration works to a property, we provide a comprehensive building consultancy and architectural service, supporting projects from initial feasibility through to completion on site.

Our role is to ensure proposals are viable, compliant, and aligned with client objectives before work proceeds, and that projects are properly managed during construction.

Our services include:

• Initial consultation and feasibility reports, assessing design options, constraints, risk, and deliverability to ensure proposals meet expectations, budget, and statutory requirements

• Measured surveys and review of existing buildings, layouts, and site conditions

• Preparation of concept and planning stage drawings suitable for submission to the Local Planning Authority

• Planning application management, including liaison with planning officers and responses to queries

• Detailed technical design and Building Regulations submissions

• Coordination with Building Control and statutory bodies

• Production of technical drawings, specifications, and information to support tendering and construction

• 3D visualisations, where required, to assist design development and stakeholder engagement

We also provide contract administration and project support services, acting on behalf of the client during the construction phase. This includes administering the building contract, chairing site meetings, carrying out inspections, certifying works, managing variations, and overseeing defects through to practical completion and final account.

Where appropriate, we can act as Lead Consultant or Client’s Representative, coordinating consultant teams, advising on procurement strategy, and ensuring information is issued in a timely and controlled manner.

We work predominantly on commercial buildings, including offices, industrial units, and mixed-use developments, delivering practical, buildable solutions informed by risk, compliance, and programme considerations.

While planning approval cannot be guaranteed, we apply our professional experience and best endeavours to prepare robust proposals with the strongest possible prospects of success and to ensure projects are thoroughly considered before progressing on site.
